All jewelry is made to order and not eligible for refund, exchange or cancellation.
All orders are sent by insured express shipping with no extra charge.
Much effort has been made to avoid errors and ensure all prices on the Naama website are accurate. However, pricing and data errors may occur due to technical reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order if an inaccurate or erroneous price occurs.

Each piece of jewelry is custom made to order and therefore, measurements may slightly vary due to the unique craftsmanship of the jewelry.

Shipment Information

All orders are sent by insured express shipping with no extra charge.
Jewelry pieces are made to order and ready to ship in 3-5 weeks after we receive final payment.
Shipments usually take between 3-5 business days.
Shipment cannot be made to P.O. boxes. Therefore, a proper shipping address, telephone number and name of receiver must be provided before the sale is complete.
No item is shipped until full payment has been received.

Billing Information

Payments may be made through Pay Pal or bank transfer. PayPal is recognized as the safest method of online payment. The service enables payment through any of the major credit cards.
All payments must be cleared before work is begun on your custom-made jewel.
Your Naama jewelry will be delivered fully insured by a trusted trackable courier and will arrive beautifully packaged in an elegant black case.

Evaluation Certificates

When you receive your item you will also receive an evaluation certificate including the carat weight and value of your piece.
All diamonds above 0.30 carats are certified by the GIA or IGI.

Ethical Sourcing

We only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, making sure that all our diamonds are conflict free.
